The University of East Anglia team of the DA4YOU project has contributed with an article to a special issue of The EuroScientist Journal on “The Social Value of European Research on Media Accessibility”, together with several European projects addressing challenges and opportunities in media accessibility research and practice. The article by Sharon Black and Carlos de Pablos-Ortega discusses the aim of DA4YOU to contribute to meeting the need for digital accessibility training for young adults with varying abilities and disabilities across Europe, and to help them feel better equipped and more empowered to communicate with all audiences. The first article was published in May 2019 and a new article has been published every two weeks.
